Housekeeper
First of all, you don’t need any cleaning experience. But you’ll instantly know when something’s not quite right. A mark, stain or smudge. And you’ll pull out all stops to get everything clean and fresh on time. Using cleaning equipment safely, from bedrooms to bathrooms, sheets to shiny mirrors. And supporting your teammates. All so our guests have a brilliant time, every time.
Head Housekeeper
Passion. Focus. And sparkle. You’ll have it all. You already know how to manage, motivate and organise the people around you. And how to work with them to meet tight deadlines. All so our guests walk into a brilliantly clean hotel every time. It’s likely that you’ll already be an experienced head housekeeper, housekeeping manager or housekeeper supervisor. With a sharp eye for detail, an understanding of linen management and a fantastic way with people.
Housekeeping Manager
Time to step up. You'll already be used to working with senior managers. Thinking on your feet. And managing everything from laundry to shift rotas. And you know how to recruit, lead and motivate a busy team, so they shine. It’s likely that you’ll already be an experienced head housekeeper, housekeeping manager or housekeeper supervisor. With a sharp eye for detail, health and safety and best practice...you’ll be leading from the front.
