Management Roles
We believe that good value food shouldn’t come at a cost. At Brewer’s Fayre, our customers can expect fresh, quality meals with a quality service to match – overseen by Managers who know how to give them exactly what they want.
It’ll be your job to help build that understanding amongst your teams. You’ll pass on your natural hosting and organisation skills to make sure each service runs smoothly, so our customers can be left to kick back, relax and enjoy.
Kitchen Roles
We’re leading a revolution in our kitchens. There’s no reason good pub grub shouldn’t be served fresh, and you’ll be the ones to prove it. This is good food, prepared with passion and skill – something you’ll share with our customers at the buffet counter.
We’re home to everyone’s favourite dish, which is why you’ll make sure we get it just right. With your personal touch visible on every plate, you’ll have a hand in creating both the food and the atmosphere that puts us above the rest.
Team Member Roles
Our aim is to make customers feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment they arrive by creating an atmosphere that’s easy-going and social. We don’t seat our guests, they get to choose their table. And once settled, our Team Members do the rest.
As soon as each order is placed at the bar, you’ll be on hand to make each dining experience as easy as possible. Friendly, speedy and happy to help, it’s your service that allows everyone to unwind in our cosy, comfortable surroundings.
