Job Title: Planning Manager
As a Planning Manager you will be responsible for capacity planning across over 1100 hotels and restaurants, protecting our field operations through effective gatekeeping and planning. You will provide plan visibility to enable support centre and field operations teams prepare for operations impacting activities.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable

What you’ll do
Provide the structure and science around ‘gatekeeping’ and protection of Field Operations through effective capacity planning.
Build and maintain a 24-month rolling calendar to ensure clarity and lock down of upcoming changes in a controlled and managed way.
Provide visibility of the calendar across support centre and field operations to help plan and prepare for upcoming changes.
Work collaboratively with the Communications manager to identify key operational periods, maintaining operational processes to ensure we have a single point of contact for all operational activity planning which is aligned to relevant communication.
Act as a gateway/point of expertise and contact for all PI&R / Group requests for ‘air space’ or activity in sites.
Provide and lead project resource/support as required within annual field ops plan (as defined each planning year).
What we need
Strong Planning Skills - Able to develop a detailed activity plan.
Strong Stakeholder Management - Able to gain senior leaders buy in to an activity or change proposal
Experience of leading or taken a strategic role as part of a cross functional team in developing an activity or process.
