As a Senior Paid Search Executive who is passionate about PPC you’ll help develop and execute a comprehensive paid search strategy.
As a Senior Paid Search Executive at Whitbread, home to the iconic Premier Inn brand, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our online visibility and performance for one of the UK's most recognized companies. In this exciting position, you'll be part of the team that propels our brand forward, influencing both business trading and channel performance across a portfolio of 800+ campaigns.
Fuelled by your passion for PPC, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive paid search strategy that amplifies our reach and strengthens our market position. From campaign implementation to performance reporting, your work will be crucial in making our online presence more impactful on key marketing platforms, with a strong focus on paid search channels
Working alongside industry leaders, you'll support the rollout of a transformative paid search strategy. You'll manage and optimize ad campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, continually refining our approach to boost occupancy, drive incremental revenue, and capture new opportunities.
Grade: A15
Location: Holborn - minimum 3 days per week in our London campus.

What you’ll do
- Drive business growth by executing digital campaigns that align with our commercial goals and ensure accurate tracking of results.
- Analyze campaign performance using trade reports and platform data, identifying opportunities to boost performance and channel efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders from external agencies and third-party suppliers to manage priorities and improve campaign outcomes.
- Support the Search team’s project work, keeping projects on track and meeting deadlines through proactive actions.
What we need
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns with budgets of six figures or higher and manging a high number of campaigns at once.
- Proficient in implementing digital paid advertising on Google Ads and Microsoft Ad platforms
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Confident in communicating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Skilled in producing insightful reports and recommending actions
- Able to manage a portfolio of partners
- Experienced in working with budgets and achieving commercial targets
