Salary: £38,000 – £41,000 + up to 25% Bonus + Benefits
We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to take the helm at The Smugglers Retreat, Ramsgate, a warm and welcoming Table Table restaurant known for its relaxed atmosphere, dependable classics, and friendly service that keeps guests returning.
From May 1st the salary will be a range of £39,000 and £42,250

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring your kitchen team
- Managing stock, food margins, and kitchen standards
- Owning food safety, audits, and compliance
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Driving performance through coaching and regular 1:1s
- Delivering consistent, high‑quality dishes to spec
- Working closely with a supportive General Manager who knows the operation inside out
