We’re seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager with a passion for data and insight to join our Development & Estates Finance team. In this critical role, you’ll support the financial management of our property portfolio and capital investment programmes through robust planning, accurate reporting, and actionable recommendations. Partnering with Finance Business Partners, Property teams, and external stakeholders, you’ll deliver insight and control over some of the largest cost lines in the business, driving smarter investment decisions and greater efficiency.
What you'll do
Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly R&O for Capital & Estates.
Own delivery of Capital, Estates, and Depreciation budgets with accurate forecasting and variance analysis.
Partner with Finance and Property teams (including Newmark) to ensure robust planning, governance, and clear communication of risks/opportunities.
Consolidate capital inputs, manage depreciation forecasts, and deliver 5-year projections.
Produce timely reporting and insight on property occupancy costs, capital expenditure, and efficiency savings for senior stakeholders.
Develop cash-flow reporting for capital projects and drive improvements in reporting, controls, and automation.
Act as key contact for Estates & Capital Finance, building strong relationships and providing proactive insight to support decision-making.

What you'll need
This role will require someone with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build strong networks with Finance teams and teams across the organisation.
Good understanding of the core principles of investment and accounting processes
Experience from a similar analytical role (where finance acts as a key partner in driving and influencing business success).
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis within a muti-site or property focused environment.
Financial modelling – experience in developing, interrogating and delivering models to evaluate financial concepts.
