Work Leve: 5 Location: Dunstable 3 days a week in the office
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation to support smooth delivery.
- Collate and analyse data to produce clear reports and dashboards.
- Provide accurate MI to support decision-making and track programme progress.
- Assist with project design, including process mapping and operating model support.
- Prepare presentations, briefings, and governance materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through standardised tools and best practice

What you'll need
- Understanding of business transformation and change management principles.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in basic collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams ) as well as Microsoft Office
- Experience in an analytical project support (BAU initiatives or change projects), PMO, or transformation role.
- Exposure to business change or strategic initiatives. ·
- Supporting cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders (interactions with senior manager level).
